12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phzkn.top regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings.
